Digital house viewings: Promoting your property with our Virtual Viewing Tool

While the housing market has remained fairly stable amid fears of risk posed by the coronavirus outbreak, Guild Members are reporting that many people are avoiding placing their properties on the market due to not wanting possibly contagious buyers visiting their homes.

At The Guild of Property Professionals, we are always looking to provide industry-leading service to look after our customers and cater to everyone’s needs. On 1st April, we launched our Virtual Viewing Tool that allows on-demand video tours of Guild properties from hundreds of Members around the UK.

Guild Members can create quick, professional videos to be accessible online to market and promote listings without the need for buyers or sellers having to leave their homes. Alternatively, homeowners can submit videos themselves to be edited, with no need for a physical visit from an agent or prospective buyer.

Multiple benefits
Videos can be shared on social media, online, by email and on all other digital platforms to generate easy, instant viewings from the comfort and safety of your own home, on-the-go or anywhere in the world. Developments in digital tools, such as this, increase the publicity of individual listings and allows quick and easy remote viewings , saving time and serving all the needs of all parties involved.
